Once you do away with a corporate rate there’s no longer any justification for halfing the tax between the corporation and the individual. Instead of 15% 20% the individual should pay the entire tax rate 35%. Add the penalty for forcible disgorgement and it’s up to 50%. Note: I’m not dealing with exemptions in this discussion.
